Strathconas in ASU Wainwright

Another year has come and gone.  With the spring comes the renewed hope of postings for the Strathconas in Area Support Unit (ASU) Wainwright. CWO Dave Lee is preparing to move on to greener pastures as his time here as RSM comes to an end. WO Frank Kasawan is still the Accounts WO. Sgt Micheal McGarity keeps an ever watchful eye over the training area from his position in Range control along with Sgt Ernie Lee. The LAV Facility at Base Kitting has seen many changes this year. MCpl Nicola Fedele was posted in briefly and then whisked away to WATC to teach. MCpl Mousseau was posted in to the section as the 2 IC and is learning the ropes so he can take over later this summer. MCpl Trevor Scott is happily counting down the days until his return to the Regiment this year, as his time as the IC of A fleet winds down. Now that the redistribution of the Fleet is completed and things are getting back to a normal pace, Cpl Kevin Ferguson has time to plan his escape from ASU.  All in all another busy year here in Wainwright for those of us away from the mother ship.
