Following his time as a Troop Leader, Major Lee deployed as part of Op ATTENTION to Afghanistan in 2013 where he inadvertently became a NATO mentor to the Afghan Ground Forces Command G33.
Major Lee returned to the Regiment in early 2017 to deploy again as the Liaison Officer to the Polish General Command in Warsaw, Poland as a part of the Op REASSURANCE Land Task Force. Following the deployment, he became the Battle Captain in B Squadron and subsequently the Second-in-Command of B Squadron in 2018. Finishing out his second tour at the Regiment, Major Lee was the Regimental Operations Officer before being deployed as the LdSH(RC) Battle Group S3 Operations on Op REASSURANCE in Latvia early in 2020.
Major Lee returned to the Regiment in early 2022 to deploy as the Task Force J3 on Op IMPACT in Kuwait. Upon return from tour Major Lee assumed command of A Squadron.
Outside of the Regiment, Major Lee has been employed at 3rd Canadian Division HQ, 3rd Canadian Division Support Group, and most recently in Wainwright at the Canadian Manoeuvre Training Centre as the Armoured Observer Controller Trainer Team Leader.
