For Level 4 validation, B Squadron has embarked on an adventure to Fort Benning, Georgia, to make use of the U.S. Army's Clarke Simulation Centre, allowing the entire squadron to participate in a single scenario.

The 125th anniversary celebration year saw the Strathcona Mounted Troop (SMT) standing to their horses for one of the busiest seasons for the Troop.

Members of LdSH(RC) participated in CPKC's annual Spin for a Veteran Fundraiser in Calgary. Teams across Canada, the United-States, and Mexico biked for 12 hours last Saturday raising money to support homeless veterans.

On the weekend of 24-26 July 2025 Lord Strathcona's Horse (Royal Canadians), alongside dignitaries, the Regimental Society, friends, family, and past members celebrated the 125th Anniversary of our Regiment and a Change of Command Parade.
