British Colombia Dragoons celebrate their 100th Anniversary

The Strathcona's helped their fellow Black Hats the British Colombia Dragoons celebrate their 100th Anniversary in style by providing Catherine, a vintage Sherman tank, for the parade to mark the occasion.  Two BCD veterans of the Second World War had the opportunity to ride Catherine in the roll-past - one had last been on a tank in Italy, 1944, and the other parked his Sherman for the last time in the Netherlands, May 1945.  It was truly an occasion to remember thanks in part to the hard work of the dedicated soldiers of Historical Vehicle Troop.
