25mm Lav 6.0 Crew Commander Upgrade

Soldiers from LdSH(RC) are being taught and fine tuning their skills on the simulator, in preparation for the upcoming PCF range Ex STEELE BULLSEYE 22. Those skills include target acquisition, fire orders and commanding their crew, in order to effectively crew command a LAV 6. These soldiers are all candidates on the LAV 6.0 Crew Commander Upgrade course. Most of them were recently qualified on LAV 6.0 Gunnery course that taught the fundamentals, skills and drills to be a LAV 6 Gunner. With the knowledge attained on how to fulfil the role of crew commander,  they now have the tools to excel as Jr. Leaders within the Regiment. The staff leading this course share their mistakes and lessons, in hope to make the next generation of leaders even better.
